The foundation of our newest building has been completed, and framing should begin mid-June. The two end Carver units have been sold, and one of the interior homes, the Amherst has also been sold, this just leaves the Boxford, a 2 car garage interior unit.

We are currently taking reservations for the next building of 4 homes, due to be completed spring of 2010. There are still 2 homes ready for immediate occupancy, #17 a Carver end unit, with many upgrades, and our model, a Boxford. Make sure to stop by during our open house hours or call for an appointment.

Construction on Phase 2 begins during the week of March 15th.  Four new town homes will be ready for summer occupancy!  We have modified our homes to meet the needs and wants of our buyers - standard sunrooms, hardwood floors throughout the 1st floor, lower pricing and more!  We are currently accepting pre-construction offers, and have already sold one unit. And as part of "kick-off" for our new construction, we are offering buyers a $10,000.00 credit towards the purchase of either one of our existing homes, or one of the new homes.  Stop by and see our new plans and pricing!

Our first phase at Sanctuary Lane Estates is virtually completed. 20 town homes have been completed, 18 of which have been sold. The projects “infrastructure” has been completed including an extensive underground perimeter drain system, town water supply, NSTAR natural gas and electric service. The first of 2009 should see our next building of 4 town homes begin, as we move into phase 2 of our project.
